The shift
Intelligence was never the ceiling.
For all of history the limit on what people could do together was coordination, not brainpower. The bigger the group and the goal, the more value bled out to lost context, misalignment, broken trust, and friction. Every era ran on the coordination technology it had. All of it was lossy.
AI just removed the other constraint. With cognition abundant, the binding limit on human progress moves entirely onto coordination.
