Relationship Data

Connections you create with other members, including relationship type, context, interaction history, introductions, asks, referrals, and outcomes. This data is used for relationship intelligence and coordination recommendations.

Activity Data

Rhiz activity, captures, agent interactions, checkout and billing metadata, referrals, Direction Signals, Daily Moves, and outcome updates. This data helps Rhiz operate the Service and improve member guidance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account and Access: Creating your account, maintaining access, and supporting paid membership
• Relationship Intelligence: Generating your Intelligence Briefing, Direction Signals, recommendations, and next moves
• Coordination: Helping you identify relevant people, asks, opportunities, and follow-up actions
• AI Assistance: Powering agent suggestions and recommendations
• Payments and Membership: Processing checkout, renewals, refunds, entitlement checks, and support requests

Trusted AI service providers may process your inputs and generated outputs to provide the Service; we do not permit those providers to train their general models on your personal data unless we say so and obtain consent where required.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain security. Rhiz is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
