This policy applies to paid offerings on the Rhiz Network website and paid experiences, including Rhiz Access upgrades and founding memberships, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. It works together with our Terms of Service.
The first-30-days refund in section 2 applies only to eligible member upgrade purchases as described there. Other purchases follow the rules we publish at checkout or on your receipt. If you are unsure which policy applies, email rhiz@agentmail.to with your Stripe receipt.
For eligible Rhiz Access member upgrade purchases, we publish this promise on pricing and product surfaces:
If membership does not deliver value in your first 30 days, we refund every cent.
Use Rhiz, open your Intelligence Briefing, and try the member loop in good faith during your first 30 days.
If you try the member loop in good faith and tell us membership did not deliver value to you, we refund what you paid for that eligible Rhiz Access upgrade purchase, to the original payment method when possible.
This is not a substitute for chargebacks. If you file a dispute with your bank while a refund request is open, we may pause or deny duplicate recovery.
Email rhiz@agentmail.to from the same address you use for your Rhiz account, within 30 days of purchase. Include:
We aim to confirm eligibility within ten business days and process approved refunds within ten business days after that. Timing can depend on your bank or card network.
Founding purchases may include additional benefits (for example managed support commitments). Unless we publish a separate refund rule for a specific founding promotion, founding fees follow the same first-30-days refund only where that promotion explicitly says so. If you are unsure which policy applies to your receipt, email rhiz@agentmail.to with your Stripe receipt.
