1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rhiz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. Rhiz is operated by WeRhiz, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Rhiz is a coordination system that helps people and organizations move real work through governed context, guidance, Pages, Sites, Workflows, applications, and related support services. The Service may include AI-generated suggestions, relationship intelligence, intake, routing, approvals, follow-through, and outcome memory. Rhiz does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or relationship outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Rhiz, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Access is granted subject to these Terms and may be revoked for violations of them or applicable community standards.

4. User Accounts and Profile

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account, Rhiz ID, Profile, and related Rhiz data are personal to you. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or permit unauthorized access to your account or paid capabilities.

5. Plans and Access

Free and paid access is governed by the plan, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement you accept. Recurring plans may be monthly or annual, and scoped builds or support may carry separate terms. You may cancel a recurring renewal through the billing flow when available or by contacting support; paid capabilities continue through the period already purchased unless these Terms are violated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Manipulate trust, referral, lineage, payment, or recommendation systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The Rhiz Service, including its design, code, copy, documentation, workflows, and relationship intelligence outputs, is protected intellectual property. Content you create within Rhiz remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

8. Fees and Payments

Paid plans, scoped builds, and support services may require subscription fees or other purchases. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy and summarized on our pricing page. We may change future fee structures with notice. The price and scope accepted at checkout or in a signed agreement govern the purchased term. We continue to honor any locked or founding renewal rate explicitly promised at checkout for an existing active legacy subscription, for as long as that subscription remains active under its original terms. This compatibility promise does not reopen the retired offer to new buyers.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING THE SERVICE. AI AGENTS PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS, NOT GUARANTEES.

10. Exit and Data Portability

You may request deletion or export of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain records where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected account holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
