Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rhiz Network ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. Rhiz is operated by WeRhiz, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Rhiz is a relationship intelligence membership and workspace. The Service may include Root Alpha, Catalyst, the Intelligence Briefing, Command Center, Rhiz Page, intake flows, relationship intelligence tools, AI-generated suggestions, and related membership experiences. Rhiz helps members become more understandable, shareable, and actionable, but it does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or relationship outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Rhiz, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Membership is granted at our discretion and may be revoked for violations of these terms or community standards.

4. User Accounts and Profile

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account, Rhiz ID, Profile, and related workspace data are personal to you. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or permit unauthorized access to your account or paid membership.

5. Membership and Access

Paid memberships are generally annual unless a checkout page says otherwise. Root Alpha provides the standard starting point for membership. Catalyst adds higher-touch support and deeper Intelligence Briefing interpretation. You may cancel renewal through the billing flow when available or by contacting support; access continues through the paid term unless these Terms are violated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Manipulate trust, referral, lineage, payment, or recommendation systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The Rhiz Service, including its design, code, copy, documentation, workflows, and relationship intelligence outputs, is protected intellectual property. Content you create within Rhiz remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

8. Fees and Payments

Membership may require annual subscription fees or other purchases. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy and summarized on our pricing page. We may change future fee structures with notice, but any founding rate promise applies only while your membership stays active and only under the terms shown at checkout.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING THE SERVICE. AI AGENTS PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS, NOT GUARANTEES.

10. Exit and Data Portability

You may request deletion or export of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain records where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
