The GDR account separates annual flow from longer-run capacity, then records opening condition, pressures, additions, losses, closing condition, direction, confidence, and missing evidence.

Ecological living systems, social shared capacity, and capital resilient foundations converging into one account of regenerative capacity.
The three capacities are held in one account rather than averaged into a single figure.

    The reference condition and period.

    The period being observed or assessed.

    The period over which decisions and scenarios are evaluated.

    Conditions that should not be hidden by aggregation.

    How strong the evidence is and why.

    What remains unknown, restricted, pending, or not collected.
