GDR Institute publishes working papers, method notes, evidence reviews, and application studies as versioned research objects. Each record should keep its question, method, evidence, limitations, citations, and open questions visible.

The GDR Living Value System
A general framework for measuring regenerative capacity, living value, and systemic importance across ecological, social, and capital systems. The method can be applied to any defensibly bounded object: a forest, watershed, species, city, company, community, technology system, infrastructure project, supply chain, investment, or public program. The Amazon is the first worked application, not the boundary of the method.

Working Paper 001 is now part of the Institute's versioned research record.
Version 0.1 is a working method proposed for testing, challenge, and revision. It is not represented as a peer-reviewed final standard. Future versions should retain what changed, why it changed, and which applications used earlier versions.
