Bring the question, the boundary, who is affected, and what is known. Participation is intended to enter reviewed work with clear responsibility, consent, and a record of what follows.

Ways to participate

Each route needs clear requirements, review, rights, confidentiality, time, and a next decision.

  • Propose a pilot

    Bring a decision that can be bounded, evidenced, reviewed, acted on, and later verified.

  • Contribute evidence

    Offer a source or evidence record with provenance, rights, coverage, method, and limitations.

  • Challenge a measure

    Question a definition, transformation, source, interpretation, threshold, or version.

  • Join a working group

    Contribute accountable regional, thematic, methodological, or application expertise.

  • Support independent research

    Support governed research without obscuring funding, conflicts, or decision rights.
