   Membership is the surface; the cohort is the substance. The collective is what proves the protocol works in real coordination, between real people, on real outcomes. You are not buying a tool when you join. You are joining a practice.

2. 02 / Coordination

   The layer we practice.

   Coordination is the work the collective does together. Your Activation Report is the first artifact you hold; it is how the protocol becomes legible on day one. The report is one representative of the layer. The layer is bigger than any one report.

3. 03 / The Protocol

   The substrate underneath.

   Trust, signal, and memory held as durable infrastructure. Models change. Tools change. Cohorts evolve. The protocol carries the work past any one season, any one model, any one stack. Strategic defense lives here, not in the cleverness of any single AI surface.

  Replaced. The work is coordination. Sync was a metaphor that obscured the actual operation.

• Coordination Engine

  Replaced with coordination layer. Engine framing implied a black-box machine; layer framing is honest about substrate.

• Sponsor a seat / sponsorship of others

  The Catalyst tier is the buyer paying for their own project to move faster. Never framed as funding seats for others.

• Misalignment Tax (as positioning)

  Demoted to problem language only. Useful when describing what people feel; not used as marketing positioning.

• Smarter AI / better model than competitors

  Strategic defense lives in structure, memory, trust, and networked use. Models are swappable; the moat is not.
