An active terminal. Five weeks from capture to model.

Actual project documentation

  • Actual Aviation Terminal BIM model showing building services
    Actual BIM model

A complex terminal, documented in approximately five weeks.

The terminal combined office, retail, restaurant, industrial and transportation spaces. Capture extended above and below ceiling tiles, including in active public areas. A two-person team completed scanning in three days. Scan2Plan reports approximately five weeks for the overall project, delivering an LOD 300+ model covering architectural, structural and MEPF conditions. The result provided a foundation for the terminal’s BIM documentation.
