Documenting an intricate façade, phase by phase.
Working with AYON Studio, Scan2Plan documented a 27-story Art Deco skyscraper over three phases in 2019, 2023 and 2024. Its stepped tower called for capture from multiple vantage points. Terrestrial LiDAR scanning used access to decks, terraces and adjacent buildings. BIM, CAD and point-cloud deliverables supported the team’s façade inspection work and an evolving record of the building.
