Custom builds are quoted separately.
Timber-frame structures, tiny homes and other multi-stage builds do not use the standard handyman work-block pricing. Each project is quoted based on design, materials, site conditions, project length, equipment, travel and any specialty support needed. Contact for quote.

Dom completed a hands-on timber-framing class centered on a pavilion build and participated in every stage: timber layout and reading the joinery plan, mortise-and-tenon layout and cutting, hand chiseling and refining joinery, dry fitting and adjusting connections, peg and dowel preparation and traditional assembly, and frame layout, assembly and raising work. This is presented as formal hands-on training and build experience, not as a customer project.

Send the whole scope at once. Include every task you want handled during the visit. Bundling the full list makes it easier to estimate time, tools, materials and whether additional help is needed.

Request a custom build quote.
Standard appointments run 8 AM to 5 PM. Same-day work may be available when the schedule allows and carries the standard $100 rush fee. Work before 8 AM or after 5 PM is after-hours service at 1.5x the applicable hourly rate with a two-hour minimum.
Send site photos, location, approximate footprint, plans or sketches and your timeline. Dom reviews the project and sends a written, project-specific quote himself.
